              Trek from Thame to Lungden(4,600m/15,088ft)- 5 to 6 hours walking(12-13 kms).

                Trek from Lungden to Ranjo La Pass (5,465m/19,925ft) to GokyoValley(4,800m/15,744ft)- 7 to 9 hours walking (16-18 kms).

                  Morning Hike to GokyoRi(5,340m17,515ft), & Afternoon, trek to Thagnak(4,700m/15,416ft)-6 to 7 hours walking- 12-14 kms).

                    Trek from Thagnak to CholaPass(5,445m/17,860ft) to Dzongla- 7 to 9 hours walking(16-17 kms).

                        Hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,594ft)- 4 to 5 hours walking( 10-12 kms).

                            Trek from Lobuche to Kangmo-La (Khumbula) Pass (5,460m/19,909ft) to ChhukungValley(4,700m/15,416ft)- 7 to 8 hours walking( 13-14 kms).

                              Trek from Chhukung to Tengboche( 3,870m/12,694ft)- 3 to 4 hours walking( 10 kms).
