    • Time7-8 hrs

Our Himalayan journey begins after breakfast with a scenic drive to Phedi, where we commence our trek. The trail unfolds through beautifully cultivated terraces, tranquil forests, and authentic mountain communities, providing a wonderful introduction to the Annapurna landscape. We arrive at Dhampus for a well-deserved lunch break before continuing our journey toward Deurali. Located on a scenic ridge, Deurali offers breathtaking views of Annapurna South, Mardi Himal, and the majestic Machhapuchhare. Overnight stay at Deurali with unforgettable Himalayan scenery.

    • Maximum Altitude2100m
    • Time5-6 hrs

Leaving Deurali, we follow a peaceful trail through beautiful rhododendron, oak, and maple forests. The trail winds along the forested ridge, with occasional clearings offering views of the Annapurna range, Annapurna South, and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail).

We continue through the forest to reach Forest Camp, also known as Kokar. Surrounded by lush woodland and peaceful mountain scenery, Forest Camp is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Himalayas. We spend the night at a comfortable teahouse.

    • Time5-6 hrs

Today, our journey continues from Forest Camp toward Low Camp, ascending gradually through serene rhododendron and oak forests. The trail follows a tranquil ridge surrounded by crisp mountain air and peaceful Himalayan landscapes. With every step higher, the woodland becomes more open, revealing expansive views of Mount Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and the majestic Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). After a rewarding hike through this ever-changing scenery, we arrive at Low Camp, a beautiful ridge-top settlement beneath the higher slopes of Mardi Himal. After a short tea break, the trail continues ascending through the stone-stair case path about an hour to get to Batase Danda, one of the most scenic sections of the Mardi Himal Trek. Reaching Batase Danda, we stop for the lunch and enjoy the panoramic mountain views.

After the delicious lunch, the trail follows a picturesque ridge through alpine meadows and rugged mountain paths. As we gain elevation, the forests gradually thin out, revealing breathtaking views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhare (Fishtail), and the Mardi Himal ridge. If we're lucky, we may even spot the Daphne pheasant, Nepal's national bird, along the way.

By afternoon, we reach High Camp, located above the tree line with stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. Spend the rest of the day relaxing, enjoying the mountain scenery, and preparing for the early morning hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp.

The trail gradually becomes gentler as you pass small farms, terraced fields, and local homes, providing an opportunity to experience the authentic rural lifestyle of the Annapurna foothills.

Arrive at the charming village of Siding in the afternoon indicating the end of the trekking trail. After taking short break, meet your vehicle and drive back to Pokhara.
